Mansion Wedding & Event Site

You will fulfill your lifetime dream wedding underneath a majestic 100 year old oak graced by a tropical paved stone waterfall...All overlooking a Grand Victorian Mansion built from a historic gold mining fortune.

Weddings can be overwhelming. As a bride, you need to make many decisions pertaining to your special day. As certified wedding planners, we can help! We will literally plan, organize and guide you through the entire wedding process. At the end of your ceremony, literally, you will be a certified wedding planner because we teach the class!

It takes anywhere from 100 to 200 hours to plan and detail your wedding. We have acquired the experience from planning, coordinating and performing on literally hundreds of weddings and events. We know how to and can fully coordinate and detail your entire wedding. This service entails getting you all the help you need for your wedding including the following:

  1. Coordinating all the details necessary to plan for your engagement and wedding day Photography. This can include layout of your engagement photos to create a sign-in guest book and engagement photo to be signed by guests.
  2. Coordinating all the details necessary to plan for your wedding music selection, Master of Ceremonies commentaries and announcements, DJ song choices for the ceremony, reception and dance music. We can also help with selecting a Band or Musician for your special day (if required). Preparation of a music and announcement itinerary.
  3. Coordinating all the details necessary to plan for your wedding Florist (bouquets, corsages, wristlets, boutoneers, cake flowers, head table flowers, ceremony site flowers, and reception floral pieces). We also help with Party favor design and Wedding Invitations.
  4. Coordinating all the details necessary to plan for your wedding Officiator (including vow selection, ring ceremony, special ceremony readings, sand ceremony, candle lighting ceremony, etc.)
  5. Coordinating all your Reception Hors D’oeuvres selection and design. Presentation, floor plan, Banquet Event Orders and food tasting.
  6. Coordinating all your Reception Banquet Food & Beverage Selection. Presentation, floor plan, Banquet Event Orders and food tasting.
  7. Coordinating and planning your Reception Alcoholic Beverage options (Champagne Toast, Beer, Wine, distilled beverages, drinking statistics, portable bar options and bartending choices)
  8. Coordinating and planning all your Reception decoration options (Linen selection, center piece designs, furniture selection, floorplanning and overall design)
  9. Coordinating your Wedding Rehearsal and Dinner
  10. Coordinating on your Wedding cake design requirements
  11. Coordinating with all your Guest accommodations
  12. Coordinating the Day of your wedding with the Bride, Groom & Wedding Party.

We have four in-house photographers who can provide you with all your wedding day photography. We also provide you with engagement photography and can also photograph your wedding at a church or other venue. See examples of our photography work below:

We provide you with 1 photographer for up to 6 hours. We provide you with an edited CD with photos of your ceremony and reception. A wedding album is also layed out and printed for you.

Catering Food & Beverage

The Power's Mansion offers awesome solutions for all your Fine dining, banquet and catering needs. From delicious appetizers to full gourmet sit-down dinners, the Power's Mansion can supply all your special event, holiday and party needs.

Alfred Lee, graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts is the Executive chef at the Power's Mansion Wedding and Events Center.


We can provide you beautiful cake designs for your wedding day. One of our beautiful three tiered cakes feeds about 100 guests.


Yes! We have a florist on staff and we can do fantastic bouquets, boutoneers, corsages, wristlets, center pieces, cake flowers, chair flowers, wedding site flowers and head table designs.

Our designs range from simple and elegant to fantastic and extravagant. We welcome you to sit with our team of florists and let your imagination fly. Or bring us your design concepts and we will be glad to make your dreams come true.

Our prices are reasonable and we aim to provide you with the best value in the industry.

DJ/MC, Music

Our In-house DJ's, Master of Ceremonies and Musicians can provide you with a perfectly smooth wedding. We provide you with a complete WEDDING MUSIC package.

This includes the following services:
  • Wedding Background & Ceremony Music (1 Hour)
  • Reception Background and Dance Music (4 Hours)
  • Dance Music Light Show
  • Power Point Presentation with Audio/Visual
  • One Sound System at the Ceremony
  • One Sound System at the Reception
  • Full Master of Ceremony Services
  • 2 Wireless Microphone systems
  • We will help you with your music selection
  • We will provide you with a detailed "Itinerary" for all announcements and song selections
If you wish, we also have many live bands and musicians who would love to perform at your wedding on a contract basis. We can help you coordinate with individual performers on a case by case basis.

Wedding Officiant

The Power's Mansion team can help provide you with an officiant for your wedding or vow renewal.

From Civil cermonies to ceremonies of any religious denomination, we can assist you with your special day. We have two in-house ordained ministers at your service.

Parties & Special Events

Have your next Birthday party, Anniversary, Installation, Quinceanera, Sales meeting, Christmas party or corporate meeting at the Power's Mansion Conference and Event Center. After a "POWER MEETING", what better way to reward your employees than with a weekend getaway to "Historic Gold Country Auburn".

Classroom Style Meetings

Classroom style seating is available in a climate controlled (Heating and Air Conditioning) environment. Our event center is perfect for classes, seminars, discussion groups and lectures.

Banquet Facilities

Our elegant banquet facilities feature the finest silverware, china, linens and serving amenities. From that special floral arrangement to balloons, to favors, streamers, etc., we will add your special "theme" touches to our banquet room to make sure your wedding, reception, or special event, impresses even your finickiest guest.

Accordingly, our "award-winning" and "world class" gourmet chef and baker will provide you and your guests the most delicious entrees available anywhere.
